| a) This Gift Certificate may only be redeemed at our location in Ibiza, for the purchase of products sold by Bambuddha in Bambuddha Grove. They cannot be redeemed via phone or mail order. b) The Gift Certificate cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated Gift Certificate. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the Voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. c) You must not reproduce in any form the Voucher, and/or the Bambuddha trade mark or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorize, assist or enable others to do so without our prior written consent. The Gift Certificate may not be used in combination with any other marks, names, words or logos without our prior written consent. d) The date to which each Voucher is valid is printed on it. The Voucher cannot be used after this date. e) Please refer to your Voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions. f) This Voucher has a cash value and is not transferable or assignable. g) Bambuddha reserves the right to cancel online Gift Certificate at any time. h) Please note that Gift Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. i) Normal Bambuddha terms and conditions for using any Bambuddha product apply.
