"In those days The Who toured and their driver took the sound equipment and put the truck on a beach in Goa. The cassettes could go away, we really had a sound system then."
"I wanted a spiritual meeting place, but it grew into a restaurant". He got his name in the late sixties in Goa, where he listened to music tapes with other hippies.
"That same evening an American arrived that had LSD with him. This was the first Goa party.
We danced on the beach and the moon shone as broken glass above us. I thought it was falling and I tried to put it back together."
