Below you will find our tasting menu for groups from 13 to 50 people.

Both options are sharing menus, where the dishes are placed in the center of the table as they are ready, with the intention to share.

This allows each guest to taste numerous of our fusion dishes, inspired by the ancient spice route from Cadiz, Spain, to Osaka, Japan.

Each option has 7 dishes and comes with half a bottle of wine and a bottle of water per person.

Wagyu beef with chili jam and Zhong sauce in a Chinese bun

Pad Thai
Rice noodles tossed with chicken, vegetables, egg and roasted peanuts

Korean Chicken Bulgogi
Sizzling organic chicken leg from Ibiza served with Eringy mushroom, pear and cardamom puree

Mango and ginger crème brûlee with caramelized mango and fresh coconut

Seabass ceviche, sweet potato, celery, coriander and cucumber

Served on Naan garnished with caramelised figs, confited tomatoes, Hibiscus flowers and bitter greens

Crispy Pork Saäm
Slices of honey glazed ‘sous vide’ pork, pickles and homemade kimchee in a Korean bun

Thailax Wild Salmon ‘Mi-Cuit’
Served cold, beetroot carpaccio, ikura, butter and tarragon emulsion

Wagyu Beef (350gr.)
Lightly matured entrecote, roasted and sliced, served with vegetables, smoked miso butter and Umeboshi glazed shallots

Malayasian Tiger Prawn Curry
Made with chili, turmeric and tamarind, cooked in coconut milk and lemon thyme, served with vegetables and poppadums
