El pueblo gastronómico MediterrAsian ofrece recetas de fusión modernas inspiradas en la antigua Ruta de las Especias, desde España, pasando por Tailandia, hasta Japón.
Nuestro estilo de servicio asiático — “compartir” y “servir los platos a medida que salen” — sustituye los más formales “entrantes y platos principales” europeos.
Este antiguo concepto de comida busca devolver la experiencia de comer al corazón de las reuniones familiares y sociales, a la vez que permite degustar una selección más amplia de platos.

Desde 1999, cuando la oveja negra de los restaurantes; Bambuddha, abrió por primera vez sus puertas, a menudo se ha visto desbordada por las exigencias y el ritmo de la Ibiza de temporada, el estilo de vida de los residentes y las altas expectativas del creciente número de visitantes multinacionales exigentes, que buscan vivir la experiencia de Ibiza y del fenómeno Bambuddha.
