Le village culinaire MediterrAsian propose des recettes fusion modernes inspirées de l’ancienne Route des épices, de l’Espagne à la Thaïlande, jusqu’au Japon.
Notre manière de servir à l’asiatique — « à partager » et « au fur et à mesure de la préparation » — remplace les plus formels « entrées et plats » européens.
Ce concept de repas ancestral vise à ramener l’expérience de table au cœur de la famille et des moments de convivialité, tout en dégustant un plus large არჩევail de plats.

Depuis 1999, lorsque le mouton noir des restaurants ; Bambuddha, a ouvert ses portes pour la première fois, elle a souvent été submergée par les exigences et le rythme de l’Ibiza saisonnière, le mode de vie des habitants et les attentes élevées du nombre croissant de visiteurs multinationaux avertis, qui cherchent à vivre l’expérience d’Ibiza et du phénomène Bambuddha.
Le parcours a été mouvementé, depuis sa création, en tant que centre social spirituel pour les amis, jusqu’à devenir un Temple Restaurant.
